Your Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week is Bo Nix. Your Pac-12 Offensive Lineman of the Week is Malaesala Aumvae Laulu. Your Pac-12 Defensive Lineman of the Week is DJ Johnson.

The Pac-12’s weekly performance awards are handed out to six players each Monday, and the eighth-ranked Oregon Ducks took half of them after a 42-24 win over California this past Saturday. For the Ducks’ quarterback, it was his second straight week being named the conference’s top offensive player.

Nix threw for 412 yards and totaled six offensive touchdowns in the win. The first-year Duck ran for three scores for the third time this season, the only quarterback in the country to do so this season, and the only quarterback in Oregon history to do so.

He’s also just the fourth Oregon quarterback ever to throw for three scores and run for another three in a single game — the first since 2009. Nix is up to 31 total touchdowns on the year, the second-most of any player in the country.

For Aumavae-Laulu, this is his first Offensive Lineman of the Week honor. He’s the third Oregon offensive lineman to win it so far this season, though. Alex Forsyth has one award and TJ Bass has two. With four total honors in nine weeks, Oregon might soon force the Pac-12 to rename it in honor of the Ducks. The 2019 squad earned eight Lineman of the Week selections in 14 weeks during the 2019 season. The four so far are the second-most any Pac-12 team has claimed since the award’s creation in 2019.

Johnson earned the defensive lineman honor after picking up a pair of sacks in the Ducks’ win. He added three tackles and a pass breakup. The pass-rusher is up to six sacks on the year now, just 1.5 off the Pac-12 lead.

Oregon faces Colorado on Saturday (12:30 p.m. PT, ESPN) looking to extend its winning streak to eight games.
