Oregon running back target trims list eight; Ducks fighting alongside multiple from SEC
Oregon is still in the mix for blue-chip running back Nate Frazier.
The Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei product revealed his Top 8 on Tuesday, including the Ducks alongside Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Miami, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Texas A&M. Frazier is a 4-star recruit in the industry-generated 247 Composite and a top-100 player in the class.
When he asked on social media where his next home is, several current Duck pledges chimed in. Oregon is looking to add a second running back to its 2024 class and seems to feel good about its chances.

The 5-foot-11, 210-pound Frazier took two of his official visits in the month of June, checking out Oregon on June 16 and then Alabama a week later. He also took unofficial visits to Georgia and Texas A&M earlier in the month.
As a junior last fall, Frazier averaged 11.4 yards a carry while piling up 693 rushing yards and nine total touchdowns (one receiving).
In the Composite, he’s ranked as the No. 4 running back in the class and the No. 52 overall recruit. You can see his highlight tape below, via Hudl:
