Oregon football recently revealed the uniforms that will be worn for the season opener. The team, known for its flashy looks, will be sporting a unique combo to start the season.

The team will sport yellow jerseys and yellow pants with matte black helmets. The helmets have a lighter black wing pattern on either side and the classic yellow Oregon “O” on the front.

The uniform is similar to the combo the team wore against Washington in 2022. However, instead of yellow helmets, the team is going with a solid black helmet this time. The team also wore the yellow jerseys against Eastern Washington in Week 2. The team was 1-1 in yellow jerseys last year, beating Eastern Washington and losing to Washington.

Coming off a 10-3 season and Holiday Bowl win in Year 1 under Dan Lanning, the No. 15 Ducks will begin the 2023 campaign against the Portland State Vikings on Saturday. The game is set for noon PT, on Pac-12 Networks. Fans are instructed to wear yellow.
