Jacobs had 32 tackles, 1 sack and 1 tackle for loss during the 2023 campaign, which was his first season at Oregon. He transferred to Oregon last offseason after spending the first three years of his collegiate career at Iowa.
He joins a growing list of Oregon players who are expected to return to Eugene for 2024, including tight end Terrance Ferguson and defensive lineman Jordan Burch. Oregon figures to be one of the favorites in the Big Ten next season after going 12-2 in its final Pac-12 campaign.
Jacobs still has 2 years of eligibility remaining as he missed nearly all of the 2022 campaign due to injury.
