Oregon is looking to improve upon a strong Year 1 under head coach Dan Lanning when it takes the field for 2023.

Over the weekend, the Ducks added an intriguing piece to their offense, landing a commitment from a talented wide receiver from Alabama out of the transfer portal.

As you can see below, former Alabama WR Traeshon Holden announced on Sunday evening that he was committing to Lanning and the Ducks for 2023 and beyond:

Holden caught 25 passes for 331 yards and 6 touchdowns for the Crimson Tide in 2022, tying for second on the team in TD grabs.

What role he finds for himself in Oregon’s offense remains to be seen, but he’ll look to be an even bigger part of things for the Ducks in 2023.
