Oregon lands commitment from 4-star safety out of Texas
Oregon earned a big-time commitment in the class of 2024 on Friday afternoon.
The Ducks gained a pledge from 4-star safety Aaron Flowers. He chose Oregon over programs like USC and Oklahoma.

Flowers is a Texas native. He attends Forney High School in Forney, Texas. He’s listed at 6-foot, 190 pounds.
Flowers is a huge addition for the Ducks in 2024. He is currently ranked as the No. 133 overall player and the No. 10 safety in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 24 player from the state of Texas.
Oregon has been aggressively recruiting the state of Texas in recent cycles. In 2023, the Ducks signed 6 players from the Lone Stat state. Flowers is the 1st Texas prospect to join Oregon’s 2024 class so far.
