Oregon football extends offer to 8th grade son of former Duck standout
Oregon football offered an 8th grader Wednesday afternoon.
Bu not just any 8th grader. The Ducks extended an offer to cornerback Josiah Molden, the son of legendary Oregon DB Alex Molden, who played for the Ducks from 1991-1995. Molden holds the Oregon record for pass breakups across a career (60) and totaled 11 interceptions during his time in Eugene.
As for Josiah, the 6-footer has already established himself as one of the top players in the state. He’s expected to start for the defending 6A state champions as a freshman next season.
Not bad for the Class of 2027 standout:

Josiah’s brother Elijah Molden played college football at Washington and was a 3rd round draft pick by the Tennessee Titans.
