Savage is one of the best available defensive backs in the transfer portal. He’s earned all-Big 12 honors in each of the past two seasons at Kansas State.
Savage recorded 115 total tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and 6 interceptions over his two seasons with Kansas State. He began his collegiate career Texas A&M Commerce and then spent two seasons at Tyler Junior College before transferring to K-State.
Oregon is expected to be active in the transfer portal as it builds its roster for next season. So far, the Ducks’ only transfer addition has been former Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel.
Oregon will face Liberty in the Fiesta Bowl on Jan. 1.
