Oregon crushes Grand Slam to run-rule No. 11 Arkansas, advance to Super Regionals
Oregon moved on to the Super Regional round of the NCAA Softball Tournament in style Sunday afternoon.
The Ducks run-ruled No. 11 Arkansas with a grand slam swing of the bat from Ariel Carlson, ending the game at 14-4. With Carlson’s slam, the Ducks enter the 2nd weekend having swept the Fayetteville regional.
Not too shabby. Check out the swing in question below:

Oregon earned every bit of this run to the Supers, too. The Ducks downed Notre Dame on Day 1 before doing the same to Arkansas Saturday. It would be fair to expect the hosting Razorbacks to force a Game 7 in the regional, but the Ducks completed the Fayetteville sweep in dominant fashion as you can see above.
Oregon will face the winner of Oklahoma State and Nebraska in the Super Regional round.
