Oregon earned a massive recruiting win in the class of 2024 on Friday night.

Just as the Pac-12 Championship Game was kicking off, the Ducks landed a commitment from 4-star tight end Roger Saleapaga.

Saleapaga was also considering Alabama, Tennessee, Auburn and Utah amongst his other top 5 programs.

Saleapaga is a major addition to Oregon’s 2024 recruiting class. He’s the No. 440 overall player and the No. 25 tight end in the country for the 2024 cycle. He’s also the No. 4 player from the state of Utah in this class.

The 4-star tight end is listed at 6-foot-4, 220 pounds. He attend Orem High School in Orem, Utah.

Saleapaga is the 25th commitment for Oregon in the 2024 cycle. The Ducks have the No. 7-ranked class in the country with less than a month before the Early Signing Period, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.
