The Ducks are heading to Tucson on Saturday for just the third time in the last 10 seasons. Arizona dominated each of the previous two meetings. Oregon enters this week’s affair as a 13-point favorite and the 12th-ranked team in the country, but things have gotten weird between these two teams in the desert.

Arizona is also much improved this season, bolstered by a quick-strike offense that has been shredding opposing secondaries in recent weeks. Could the Ducks be in for another wacky evening?

Bill Connelly’s SP+ model doesn’t think so.

SP+ sees an Oregon win, and a big one at that. It has the Ducks winning 42-19 and gives them a 90% chance of leaving Tucson with the win.

“I think they have some of the best talent, especially on the offensive side of the ball,” Oregon coach Dan Lanning said of the Wildcats. “Coach (Jedd) Fisch does a really good job of mixing up looks. They have really talented wideouts. (Their) quarterback’s playing at a really high level right now. They present a unique challenge for us and we’re excited to get down to Tucson and attack them.”

The Ducks have won four straight. They’ll look to make it five consecutive victories on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. PT on the Pac-12 Network.
