ESPN's College GameDay gives picks for top-15 showdown between Oregon, Utah
ESPN’s College GameDay was on-site in Salt Lake City for a top-15 showdown between Utah and Oregon.
The Ducks and the Utes both have a Pac-12 loss already. If they want to make the Pac-12 title game, neither can afford another league loss. It is expected to be a knock-down, drag-out, fist-fight.
Here’s how the GameDay crew picked:
- Desmond Howard: Oregon
- Pat McAfee: Utah
- Steve Smith Sr. (guest picker): Utah
- Kirk Herbstreit: Oregon
(Lee Corso was absent from GameDay on Saturday to deal with a personal family matter.)
“Anytime you come to Utah, you have to deal with The MUSS,” Herbstreit said. “You’ve got to be a lot better than Utah to win this game. But there’s one thing here: If Cam Rising were here I’d feel a little bit different. But Bo Nix, to me, is the difference. I’m going with Oregon.”
Sorry bout it MUSS…
I think Bo Nix is gonna be the difference in this one 🤣🤫#CollegeGameDay pic.twitter.com/Al3b8LhPWi
