Elite EDGE prospect, who recently decommitted from Washington, announces Oregon visit
Elite EDGE prospect Jaxson Jones will be in Eugene this weekend on an unofficial visit to Oregon.
Jones announced that news earlier this week. The decision to visit Oregon comes shortly after he decommitted from Pac-12 rival Washington on Monday.

Jones’ profile in the class of 2024 is on an upward trajectory. He’s a 3-star prospect and currently ranked as the No. 598 overall player and No. 40 EDGE in the class of 2024.
However, his list of offers is growing in quality and quantity. He’s been offered by Michigan, USC, Notre Dame and Oregon since the beginning of his junior season.
Jones is listed at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds. He attends Yuma Catholic High School in Yuma, Arizona.
