Dillon Brooks has famously made a bit of an infamous name for himself in the NBA. The former Oregon forward standout played a key role in the Grizzlies’ ascent to a top 2 seed in the Western conference this season.

But Brooks has been more well-known for his antics off the court the past few seasons, perhaps drawing unwanted attention to the team and painting a bit of a target on Memphis’ back.

And now, after 6 years in Memphis, things are catching up to Brooks. According to NBA insider Shams Charania, the Grizzlies informed Brooks this past week that he will not be brought back “under any circumstances” after Memphis fell in Round 1 of the NBA Playoffs to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Go ahead and label that bridge burnt.
