Dan Lanning and Oregon are gearing up for a top-25 showdown against Colorado this weekend in Eugene.

In addition to this being a big game for Oregon’s Pac-12 title hopes, the Ducks are expected to host numerous high-profile recruits this weekend.

He briefly talked about the importance of this weekend from a recruiting perspective while meeting with reporters on Wednesday.

“We’ll have a lot of people here,” Lanning said, referring to recruits. “I know our crowd is going to be amazing. We’re going to have a ton of great people who can help us in the future that we need to make a great impact on.”

According to recruiting analyst Max Torres, Oregon’s list of visitors this weekend includes 2024 Oregon commit Kamar Mothudi and 2025 wide receiver target Isaiah Mozee.

Oregon’s 2024 recruiting class is in a good spot with just a couple months remaining in this cycle. The Ducks currently have 22 commitments in the 2024 class. The group sits at No. 12 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Oregon and Colorado will begin at 12:30 p.m. PT on Saturday afternoon.
