Bucky Irving has decided to enter the 2024 NFL Draft and forego his remaining college eligibility.

Irving made that announcement on Monday evening. Irving spent the last 2 seasons with Oregon and rushed for 2,121 yards during his time with the Ducks.

Irving thanked his coaches, teammates and the Oregon football program in a lengthy letter announcing his decision. Here’s Irving’s announcement:

Irving did not say whether or not he will suit up for Oregon one more time in its bowl game. The Ducks are set to play Liberty in the Fiesta Bowl to cap off the 2023 season.

Irving is widely-regarded as one of the top running backs in the 2024 NFL Draft class. He’s coming off of back-to-back 1,000-yard campaigns for Oregon. He also rushed for 699 yards as a true freshman at Minnesota in 2021.

Oregon is set to return two other top running backs next season in Jordan James and Noah Whittington. James finished the 2023 season with 696 rushing yards, which ranked No. 2 on the team behind Irving. James led the Ducks with 7.1 yards per carry this season.

Oregon will face Liberty in the Fiesta Bowl on Jan. 1.
