Bol Bol reportedly agrees to deal with NBA contender
Bol Bol has agreed to a 1-year contract with the Phoenix Suns, according to a report.
That’s per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, who notes that Bol’s deal with the Suns is fully guaranteed.
ESPN Sources: Free agent F/C Bol Bol has agreed on a one-year deal with the Phoenix Suns. At 23, Bol had his best NBA season with Orlando: 9.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.1 blocks in 21.5 minutes. Another developing talent to join a deepened bench rotation.

Bol will be joining a Suns team that is expected to contend for the NBA title in 2023-24. Phoenix has a loaded core that includes Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Bradley Beal and De’Andre Ayton.
The Suns are over the salary cap, which means Bol will be signing a minimum-salary contract to join the team.
This year will be Bol’s 5th season out of Oregon. He averaged 9.1 points and 5.8 rebounds per game last season for the Magic, but was waived by Orlando earlier this offseason. He played a career-high 21.5 minutes per game in 2022-23.
With the Suns, Bol could have an opportunity to make a big impact off the bench. Phoenix’s rotation has plenty of uncertainty outside of Durant, Booker, Beal and Ayton.
