Aaron Scott Jr. is almost ready to make his final decision.

Scott announced on Sunday afternoon that he will make his commitment on July 30. Scott is a longtime Oregon target who is also still considering Ohio State and Michigan.

Scott is an elite prospect nationally. He’s the No. 52 overall player and the No. 5 cornerback in the country for the class of 2024, per 247Sports Composite rankings. Scott is also the No. 2 player from Ohio.

He attends Springfield High School in Springfield, Ohio. He’s listed at 6-foot, 170 pounds.

Scott took an official visit to Eugene back in June. He also made visits to Ohio State and Michigan last month. His initial offer from the Ducks came in January of this year.

Oregon has 19 commits so far in the class of 2024. The class includes 3 defensive back prospects. Overall, Oregon’s class sits at No. 8 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
