R.J. Young talked about what is possible for Colorado this season. Young believes there is no limit to what the team can achieve.

Deion Sanders has the Buffaloes at 2-0 after beating Nebraska 36-14 in Week 2. Young thinks the best is yet to come for Coach Prime.

“I’ve heard many people say after this 36-14 win over Nebraska to open home field at Folsom, that Colorado is no longer comin’, they’re here. Nah man, you still ain’t understanding what Prime is working on. What he’s working on is his own timeline, and you can’t put a ceiling on what Colorado is capable of this year.”

Colorado will still have to run through the gauntlet that the Pac-12 is looking like it’s going to be. The Buffaloes take on Colorado State before starting conference play against Oregon on Sept. 23.

The changes at Colorado under Coach Prime in Year 1 are impressive. Colorado has already surpassed last season’s win total after winning over the Huskers.

Colorado’s only win in 2022 came against Cal in overtime.

Sanders and the Buffaloes are back at home in Week 3. Colorado State has lost the last five meetings in the rivalry.

Kickoff on Saturday is set for 7 p.m. PT on ESPN.
