Some former Colorado players reached agreements to sign with NFL teams as UDFAs on Sunday. There were four in total.

Despite a disappointing 1-11 record in 2022, some former Buffaloes are getting their shot in the NFL. Below are the four latest to do so:

  • WR Daniel Arias III, Arizona Cardinals
  • OLB Guy Thomas, Indianapolis Colts
  • DL Terrance Lang, Los Angeles Chargers
  • TE Brady Russell, Philadelphia Eagles

Arias finished third on the team in receiving yards (309). Russell led all tight ends on the team in yards receiving with 153. Both Thomas and Lang compiled over 30 total tackles and 6 tackles for loss in 2022.

All four Colorado players received plenty of experience from their time in Boulder. The majority of them also did not miss too many games this past season, if any at all.

Colorado fans will be hoping that new HC Deion Sanders can change the culture in Boulder.

Some of the more recent draft picks out of Colorado include WR Laviska Shenault Jr. in 2020 and OT William Sherman in 2021.
