WATCH: Arizona strength coach wears creepy mascot head to terrify players
Halloween means it’s time for some good-natured scaring.
Arizona assistant strength coach John Shaw dressed up Monday in an old — and terrifying — Wilbur costume, hid behind corners, and scared the life out of several poor souls who just happened to walk by. Of course, Arizona made sure to film the whole thing.

To this point in the season, Arizona (3-5, 1-4 Pac-12) has a much better vibe around the program than to this point last year. The Wildcats are much better, not just in the win-loss column but in terms of the product on the field as well. USC coach Lincoln Riley said after his team’s 45-37 win over the Wildcats it’s clear how much better this UA team is compared to last year’s.
The Wildcats have another tough test on Saturday, though. They travel to Salt Lake City to face No. 12 Utah (6-2, 4-1 Pac-12) at 4:30 p.m. PT on the Pac-12 Network.
