Tommy Lloyd and Arizona basketball have a light week coming up. Kind of, at least.

Arizona State is on the schedule for the Wildcats, and Bobby Hurley’s squad is far from a pushover. It is, however, the first time since Christmas break that Arizona has only had one game to play in a week’s time. The Wildcats have 7 days off between their win against Colorado and Saturday’s game against Arizona State.

And the extra time to regroup and recharge is incredibly underrated, especially as the Wildcats get ready to enter the home stretch. Lloyd agrees, explaining the time for the team to focus on themselves is something he has been looking forward to:

The Wildcats are looking good as Match inches ever closer. Arizona is rated as the No. 7 in the newest AP poll, 1 spot up from last week following a pair of wins over Colorado and a sneaky good Utah squad.

Saturday’s game is set for 12 p.m. MT.
