ESPN’s College GameDay gave picks for Saturday’s game between No. 21 Arizona and Colorado during the Week 11 broadcast from Athens.

Here’s how the panel picked the game:

  • Desmond Howard: Arizona
  • Pat McAfee: Arizona
  • Nolan Smith (guest picker): Arizona
  • Lee Corso: Arizona
  • Kirk Herbstreit: Arizona

“They’ve become a cool story,” Herbstreit said of the Wildcats. “We keep talking about Jedd Fisch because it’s amazing what he’s been able to do, and they’ve given him time to develop it. They win big.”

Arizona is already bowl-eligible after three consecutive wins over ranked opponents. Now, the Wildcats can match their best season since 2014 with a win over Colorado.

Meanwhile, Colorado has lost five of six in conference play and is now in danger of missing out on a bowl game.

“After all that hype at the beginning of the season, they’re trying just to get to bowl eligibility,” Herbstreit said of the Buffs. “They’ve got three games left, they’re at four wins, they’ve got Utah left to play. They lose today, they’re not going to a bowl because they’re not beating Utah.”

Kickoff between Arizona and Colorado is set for 11 a.m. PT on the Pac-12 Network.
