Arizona lands commitments from trio of HS teammates as part of 4-pledge day
A trio of Apollo High School standouts are sticking together to be Arizona Wildcats. Jedd Fisch’s program picked up commitments from a trio being dubbed the Apollo 3 on Monday.
Apollo OT Matthew Lado (6-6, 260), RB Adam Mohammed (6-0, 180) and IOL Michael Watkins (6-3, 282) are staying in the state to play for the Wildcats. The trio celebrated their commitments on social media.

Mohammed headlines the Apollo group as a 3-star prospect on the 247Sports Composite, rated the No. 36 Arizona recruit, No. 112 running back and No. 1,439 prospect overall nationally in the Class of 2024. The other Apollo standouts committed to Arizona do not have Composite rankings.
The Apollo trio was part of a 4-commitment day for Fisch’s program. The Wildcats also landed Salpointe Catholic High School standout defensive lineman Keona Wilhite. The 6-5, 236-pounder is rated 3-stars, the No. 15 Arizona recruit, No. 67 defensive lineman and No. 701 player overall in the 2024 recruiting class on the 247Sports Composite.

The Wildcats now have 11 commitments in their 2024 recruiting class, ranked No. 11 nationally on the Composite.
