Arizona has landed a commitment from Henderson (Nev.) Liberty athlete Landon Bell.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Bell received an Arizona offer back in late May. He quickly scheduled an official visit to Arizona for June 9, and was scheduled to take another to Washington — where he was verbally committed to — the following weekend. Days after his UA visit, he reopened his recruitment, canceled the UW visit, and left Washington’s class.

On Tuesday, he joined Arizona’s.

Bell originally committed to Washington in September of last year. Since, he’s seen his stock steadily rise with recruiting services. He’s a 3-star recruit who ranks as the No. 3 prospect from the state of Nevada and the No. 65 athlete in the 2024 class.

Overall, he ranks No. 652 in the class.

Arizona wideout coach Kevin Cummings led the charge on his recruitment, signaling that Bell is likely to begin his career as a receiver for the Wildcats.

He was credited with 33 receptions for 344 yards and five touchdowns as a junior. The year prior, he posted 24 receptions for 302 yards and four scores.

The Wildcats are up to 14 known commitments now in the 2024 class. Seven of those have come since Monday. Coach Jedd Fisch and his staff are on a roll.
