Arizona basketball unveiled new home and road uniforms earlier this week, calling back to the legendary Wildcat teams of the 1980s. On Friday, the program shared one more.

The UA will rock a third new uniform this season — a red alternate. The Cats debuted the new unis during Friday night’s First Watch Red-Blue Game at the McKale Center.

While the home whites and road blues for the new season feature more of a retro wordmark across the chest, the red alternates go with a more modern “Arizona” across the chest. They feature the same ‘cactus’ logo on the waistband as the other new unis and ‘Cats’ along the left leg. The Block ‘A’ is on the left leg.

Arizona begins the 2022-23 season at home on Nov. 7 against Nicholls. You can see more photos of the new alternates below.
