Kenny Dillingham listed Arizona State quarterback Trenton Bourguet as day-to-day on Monday when he met with reporters.

Bourguet was injured on Arizona State’s first offensive drive against Utah over the weekend and tried to come back into the game later, but ultimately ended the day with a boot on his left foot watching from the sidelines. Dillingham said the Sun Devils would monitor his status throughout the week but added that if ASU had to play a game right now, Bourguet would not be available.

Dillingham also revealed that senior defensive end Michael Matus suffered a torn ACL in Saturday’s loss and will miss the rest of the season. Matus had played in nine games this season. The injury marks the second consecutive year in which Matus has suffered a season-ending ACL tear. He missed the entire 2022 season after an injury in preseason camp.

Edge rusher Prince Dorbah is day-to-day as well after an injury in the Utah game. The Sun Devils are still awaiting the results of an MRI on him, and Dillingham said Dorbah will not practice Monday.

Dorbah has 30 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, and six sacks so far this season. he and BJ Green are tied for fifth in the Pac-12 in sacks.
