Kenny Dillingham updated the injury status for a pair of Sun Devils Saturday following ASU’s Camp Tontozona practice.

Notably, transfer QB Drew Pyne suffered an injury Saturday and had to be helped off the field. Dillingham later told reporters that he has a “mild hamstring tear” and that the team will learn more on the situation later.

Pyne is projected to be ASU’s starter this upcoming season:

On top of Pyne’s injury, Dillingham told reporters that freshman safety Montana Warren will miss 6-8 weeks following a shoulder injury suffered on Friday during practice after an impressive camp.

Warren was starting to be a major factor in Arizona State’s secondary.
