Chris Johnson II, 3/4-star CB out of Texas, announces Pac-12 pledge
Chris Johnson II, a fringe 3/4-star cornerback out of Texas, announced Tuesday that he has committed to Arizona State to continue his football career.
Johnson stands at 6-1, 180 pounds and hails from Aledo HS in Aledo, Texas, just outside of Fort Worth. He was a major part of an Aledo squad that won the Texas 5A state championship and also runs track for AHS.
He chose the Sun Devils over offers from Arkansas, Oregon, Utah, Duke and SMU, to name a few.

Johnson is considered to be the No. 482 player in the Class of 2024 rankings, as well as the No. 44 CB and the No. 83 player out of the state of Texas.
