Arizona State to hire former FBS head coach in analyst role
Arizona State football announced the addition of former New Mexico State head coach DeWayne Walker as an analyst Thursday afternoon.
Walker has been all over the football landscape. He’s been a defensive backs coach for 14 years in the NFL, served as DC for both UCLA and Oklahoma State and, recently, was the cornerbacks coach at Arizona.
Now, he’s heading to Tempe.

Walker served as New Mexico State’s head coach from 2009-12. He originally played college football at Minnesota.
