Arizona State has gone into Oregon and landed one of the state’s top prospects. Jayden Fortier is taking his talents to Tempe.

The Tualatin (Oregon) standout tight end took to Twitter on Friday to announce his pledge to play for Kenny Dillingham’s program. Fortier’s commitment announcement included a note with the following:

“I would like to thank the Lord for blessing me to be in this position, as well as my family, the Tualatin and Force Performance community. Without my mom and older brother as well as Alex Brink, Ryan Depalo, and Coach Ferraro I wouldn’t be where I am today. After thought and prayer with my family and close friends I would like to announce my 100% commitment to ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY. I am grateful to be blessed with the opportunity to join the Sun Devils family! FORKS UP”

Fortier is listed as measuring 6-5, 220 pounds. He is rated 3-stars, the No. 3 Oregon product, No. 29 tight end and No. 526 prospect overall for 2024 on the 247Sports Composite.

With Fortier on board, ASU now has 14 pledges. Fortier’s highlights can be viewed below, via Hudl:
