Arizona State landed a commitment from Saint Martinville (La.) Senior wide receiver Cullen Charles on Saturday.

Charles, a 5-foot-11 wideout from the Class of 2024, was on an official visit to ASU’s campus this weekend and committed on the spot. He shared the news on social media, adding that he’s completely closing down his recruitment. Charles also had offers from UCF, Memphis, Houston, Tulane, Troy, ULM, Southern Miss, Arkansas State, and Grambling State.

Charles is a 3-star recruit in the industry-generated 247 Composite. He’s ranked as the No. 33 prospect from the state of Louisiana and the No. 140 wide receiver in the class.

ASU closed hard on Charles. Coach Kenny Dillingham extended an offer just last week.

He becomes the third receiver in the Sun Devils’ 2024 class, joining Texas 3-stars Elijah Baesa and Zechariah Sample. ASU has six known commitments so far this cycle.
