Arizona State completes Kenny Dillingham's coaching staff with new TE coach from high school ranks, per report
Arizona State entered the week needing only a TE coach to complete new head coach Kenny Dillingham’s first staff with the Sun Devils.
It appears the team is dipping into the Arizona high school ranks to fill that spot, as it was reported on Monday morning that a 7-time state champion coach would be joining the staff.
Per Chris Karpman, Jason Mohns, who has won 7 titles at Saguaro High School in 11 seasons, will join Dillingham’s staff as the TE coach:
BREAKING: Jason Mohns, who led Saguaro HS to seven state championships in 11 seasons as head coach, has accepted a job as Arizona State's tight ends coach, per sources.

Mohns is an Arizona State graduate, having finished up at the school in 2004. Shaun Aguano and Charlie Ragle, fellow members of Arizona State’s new coaching staff, have also won multiple state titles at Arizona high schools.
With Dillingham’s staff now complete, it’s clear the focus is keeping top talent home, as well as having a presence in Texas. We’ll see if the young head coach and his staff can quickly turn the Sun Devils’ program around.
