Arizona State basketball is gearing up for the 2023-24 season and looking to add some nonconference matchups to the schedule. According to college basketball insider Jon Rothstein, the Sun Devils are in the process of finalizing one game in Texas.

Rothstein reported Thursday evening that Arizona State is working to finalize an agreement with TCU for a December matchup to be played in Fort Worth. If the deal is finalized, the Sun Devils and Horned Frogs would play on Dec. 16 at Dickies Arena.

Air Force vs. UT Arlington would also be a part of the multi-game event per Rothstein.

Arizona State recorded a First Four win in the 2023 NCAA Tournament against Nevada before losing to TCU in the Round of 64. To replenish the roster, the Sun Devils have added 6 transfers in the portal from across the country, including 4-star transfer Adam Miller out of LSU.
