Arizona State is putting together its first recruiting class under new head coach Kenny Dillingham, and the Sun Devils scored an in-state commitment on Monday.

The commitment comes from Tempe native Jamaal Young II, a wide receiver and kick returner who played high school football at Marcos de Niza High School.

As you can see below, Young took to Twitter on Monday afternoon to announce his commitment to Arizona State:

Young has yet to be rated by the major recruiting services.

Arizona State’s 2023 recruiting class now has 21 players after Young’s commitment. That class ranks No. 53 nationally, per the 247Sports composite rankings.
